• Every room in the villa has views over the Mediterranean sea, the surrounding mountains or both.
• Four large double bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds, making this very comfortable for up to 8 people. All rooms have air con, fans, private ensuites, hairdryers, shower & pool towels, dressing tables, wardrobes and luxury beds. Note bedroom 4 is on a different floor to the other three, idea for anyone wanting a little privacy.

• Kaş peninsula with its stunning peaceful location is a protected site of natural beauty and historical importance. Positioned in SW Turkey and only 4 miles to the nearest Greek island of Kastellorizo (also known locally as Meis), 82 miles to Rhodes & 167 miles to Cyprus Kas has the perfect Mediterranean position for beaches, wildlife, weather, tranquility, ancient architecture, historical sites of interest & Roman ruins.
• Keep an eye out for the turtles that swim past on a daily basis or if you’re lucky you may be honoured with the dolphins and seals that grace us with their presence from time to time.

• Turtle Bay has a private terrace with sunbeds & umbrellas, plus a large cushioned settee with table and chairs and a massive sun umbrella to shade you if it gets too hot. You have a large private infinity pool overlooking the mediterranean sea and positioned so every boat, yacht and gulet will sail past you on their way in or out of Kas marina to your right. 
• Large table and chairs seating up to 8 people directly next to the kitchen.
• Stone built real coal BBQ, a lovely way to eat alfresco and watch the amazing sunsets. 

• Parking available directly outside villa.
• It is very easy to get about and the local Dolmus (bus) runs from 8am until 00.30 7 days a week, twice an hour during summer months and once an hour in the winter, cost is 30 lira pp (60p). They will take you into the Old Town of Kas filled with quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice cream vendors, cafes and hidden garden hideaway bars. The dolmus will pick you up or drop you off at any point en route just ask the driver.
• Local taxis regally drive round the peninsular looking for fares. There is a set price of 300 tl into the old town or visa versa and are available 24 hours a day or night. They are regulated and very safe. Most speak some English but for those that don’t a finger pointing the direction you wish to travel will get you there.
• It’s a lovely walk in to town or to the marina from the villa and takes about 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The scenery is amazing and don’t be surprised to come across some tortoises crossing the road in front of you.

• Kaputas Beach on the D400 road west of Kas with clear blue waters is where the fresh mountain water meets the sea and is a beautiful beach and a great day out for swimming, relaxing & bathing. Catch the dolmus (bus) from Kas town which will drop you off/pick up at the beach. 
• Patara Beach, a stunning 12-mile long soft sand shoreline that’s also a National Park where the Turtles nest at night. Getting there is easy, jump on the bus from Kas town or follow the D400 road which leads you there. After 19.00 you have to leave the beach as its reserved for turtles only. An area with lots of Roman influence, a 6000 seat amphitheatre, museum and various structures it’s well worth a visit.
• Saklikent gorge, just off the D400 about 1 hour drive or take the bus from Kas town. Gorge walk, white water rafting, kayaks, swimming and very quaint restaurants. A fun day out.
• Kas offers kayaking & scuba diving, dive sights include several reefs and wrecks, including an air and ww11 tank. Paragliding. 
• The sunken city of Kekova by boat where you can explore the part-sunken ruins of Dolchiste, an ancient town which was destroyed by an earthquake in 100 ad. Visit the castle and the many street sellers offering their goods.  
• A day in Kalkan Town, about a 30-minute drive or bus ride from Kaš where there are local bazaars, harbourside bars and rooftop restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisine. Look out for Turkish specialities like gozleme (thin dough crepes) with various fillings like cheese and spinach.
• Greek Island of Meis is also only a 30-minute ferry boat trip from Kas old town for a fun day trip. It’s a great place to swim, eat and relax and pick up some extra duty free.
• Lots of walking and hiking routes in the area. The best known is the famous Lycian Way – a 310-mile tying-together of goat tracks and paths, which will lead you to unspoilt beaches, lush forests and soaring peaks

The beautiful Kaš harbour town with its whitewashed houses and buildings covered by colourful bougainvillaea. Here you will find a multitude of local bars, restaurants and quaint streets lined with interesting shops. On Fridays the market, comes to town just opposite the entrance to the peninsula and just a short walk from the town centre. Probably the freshest fruit & vegetables you have ever seen straight out of the locals gardens. Also clothes, trinkets, jewellery and gozleme food sellers.
