The villa is in an excellent condition, all rather new. It sits on a hill and therefore really stunning views. 3 out of 4 bedrooms are big and comfy with very nice bathrooms, the 4th one is very small (we didn’t use it) with a bunk bed in it, but no further space.
The open living room is huge! And you have everything you need to cook. The bbq was really clean. Be Aware of Moskitos, take repellent along. The street in front of the house is VERY steep and we had a bigger car, not that easy to park. As a welcome we had fruits, coffee, milk, bread, cheese, vegetables…. nice treat.
The beach in Kas can only be entered over ladders and therefore we went to the Hotel Deniz Feneri (short walk) – we had the first night drinks there, we didn’t like them – watery and expensive. That’s why we didn’t go back there. We felt odd to use there infrastructure (which is nice) and not paying anything (one cocktail was 8£). But there are a few beaches, where you can enter to swim in the Ocean. The beaches were to me disappointing as you have only limited access and it is rather crowded.
Omer was reliable to bring the key, we arrived earlier than communicated. A quick call and he was there. We had though not as much contact as other clients described.
Kas is a lovely touristy town with lots of good restaurants. There are not a lot of parking spaces available and we were glad not to be there in high Season. Further out of town, you can park and walk. Vegetarian restaurant is highly recommended.
