Dolphin Bay villa is the largest four double bedroom villa at 174 m2 on Kaš Peninsula, with the most amazing views. You will feel like you have won the lottery when you arrive.

Due to its position you can watch every yacht & Gulet as they sail past the villa on their way in and out of Kas Marina. Keep an eye out for the turtles swimming past on a daily basis or if you’re lucky you may be graced with the dolphins and seals that pop by from time to time.
Relax in the infinity pool, jacuzzi or soak up the sun on the comfortable sun beds or enjoy the two extra large outside settees with optional sunshade umbrellas. Or take a break from the sun under one of the two shaded pagodas.
Enjoy your meals alfresco on the 8 seater exterior dining table and chairs under the shade, or let dad show off his BBQ /Pizza making skills.
The open plan lounge / dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people, twin luxury settees, large Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker system, DVD, 300+ dvd movies and internet radio.
Relax in the evening with a real log fire should you wish for that cosy night in by the fireside.
Take a dolmus (bus) ride in to Kas old town which runs from 7am – 00.00 every 30 minutes and costs just 20 lira (50p ish) This will take you to the Marina or the quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice cream vendors, cafes and hidden garden hideaway bars and old harbour. The dolmus will pick you up or drop you off at any point en route just ask the driver to pull over.
This a villa & holiday that you will want to come back to year after year, most people do. Or for that extra large family get together or joint friends holiday why not rent Turtle Bay Villa as well, they are linked by 1 single outside staircase and also sleeps 8 guests.

- The local Dolmus (bus) runs from 7am until 00.30 7 days a week, every 30 minutes during summer month, cost is 20 lira pp (50p ish). This takes you into the Old harbour Town of Kas filled with quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice cream vendors, cafes and garden hideaway bars. The dolmus will pick you up or drop you off at any point en route just ask the driver.
- Local taxis regally drive round the peninsular and are available 24 hours a day.
- It’s a lovely walk in to town, beaches or to the marina from the villa. The coastal scenery is amazing & don’t be surprised if you come across some tortoises crossing the road en route.
Kaš old town
The beautiful Kaš harbour town with its whitewashed houses and buildings covered by colourful bougainvillaea. Here you will find a multitude of local bars, restaurants and quaint streets lined with interesting shops. On Fridays the market, comes to town just opposite the entrance to the peninsula and just a short walk from the town centre. Probably the freshest fruit & vegetables you have ever seen straight out of the locals gardens. Also clothes, trinkets, jewelry and gozleme food sellers.

Further afield
Kaputas Beach on the D400 road west of Kas with clear blue waters is where the fresh mountain water meets the sea and is a beautiful beach and a great day out for swimming, relaxing & bathing.
Patara Beach, a 12-mile long stretch of shoreline that’s also a National Park. Getting there is easy, jusm on the bus or follow the D400 road which leads you there. There’s water sports, kayaking & scuba diving, dive sights include a canyon, several reefs and wrecks, including two planes. After 19.00 you have to leave the beach as its reserved for turtles only.
By boat, you can visit the sunken city of Kekova where you can explore the part-sunken ruins of Dolchiste, an ancient town which was destroyed by an earthquake in 100 ad. The Greek Island of Meis is also only a 30-minute boat trip away for a fun day trip. It’s a great place to swim, eat and relax and pick up some extra duty free’s. You can also head to vibrant Kalkan Town, about a 30-minute drive from Kaš where there are local bazaars, harbourside bars and rooftop restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisine. Look out for Turkish specialities like gozleme (thin dough crepes) with cheese and spinach fillings.
For more outdoor exploring, there are lots of walking and hiking routes in the area. The best known is the famous Lycian Way – a 310-mile tying-together of goat tracks and paths, which will lead you to unspoilt beaches, lush forests and soaring peaks.
